Also spelt Qigong, this ancient form of Chinese mind and body conditioning can be adapted for each and everyone of us regardless of age, ability or health. Tai Chi is a soft martial art designed to balance your system by using a series of specific movements to strengthen your inner resource and outer physicality. Reiki helps reduce stress and tension by inducing relaxation and a receptivity to the bodies own innate capacity to heal.
